Javad Manavi will wear the colors of Saturnia Acicastello also for the 2024/25 season. The second important confirmation arrives in the biancoblu house, after that of Luka Basic, which says a lot about the club’s project which restarts, for the Serie A2 Championship, with a strong and competitive spiking department.
“The season we ended was not what I would have wanted as a player. – says Manavi, who injured the cruciate in his left knee on the second day – With the club we had a common goal that we were unable to bring home. Manavi, who is currently back in Iran, has resumed almost all his activities and says of his condition: “Everyone tells me that the will I put into this rehabilitation process has meant that in the past three months I have taken steps like a giant. Orthopedists and physiotherapists are happy with my work and so am I. Now I will give my all to arrive in Catania in good shape and start the season at my maximum potential.”
His recovery was also followed by the Biancoblu supporters with whom he formed a bond even off the pitch and who he greeted in the last championship match when he returned to Catania to support his teammates from the sidelines.
