Jacopo Tosti will continue to compete in the Super League championship with Cisterna Volley. 198 cm tall, the very young middle blocker born in 2008 will be part of the group available to coach Falasca, completing a roster that will include Enrico Diamantini alongside the confirmed Daniele Mazzone and Aleksandar Nedeljkovic. Tosti’s journey with Cisterna Volley began last year, with his call-up to the Spirito di Squadra tournament in Gubbio in 2023, which saw him make his debut with the team, also winning the best young player award. In his sporting career, Tosti boasts a brilliant youth career with the Marino shirt, a partner team of the “together we are stronger” project, which saw him compete several times in national tournaments.  The young central defender will be one of the youngest players to participate in the Super League championship. On the promising center’s board there is also the award for best center back of the 2023 National Under 15 tournament, played with Marino’s shirt where the Lazio team finished in fourth place.

“I am very happy to be able to continue here in Cisterna – Jacopo’s story – Last year I found a lot of availability from coach Falasca and the rest of the staff, a factor that allowed me to grow and integrate better. The club’s call to stay even closer to the team flatters me, the ambition for this year will be to try to learn from everyone, training after training.” Tosti is already in the blue category group, with a dream in his chest that could come true in the future wearing the colors of Cisterna Volley: “My sporting dream is to reach the senior national team sooner or later – closes Tosti – It would be the maximum to be able to reach this goal with this jersey.”
