Doctor Giovanni Aprile will once again take care of the muscles of the Avimecc Volley Modica athletes, adding competence and seriousness to coach Enzo Distefano’s staff who will be able to count on men and professionals of a certain caliber.
The Avimecc – Dottor Aprile combination, therefore, will also continue in the next season of the “Galletti” A3 series with the aim of always improving and improving.
“I see that every year – explains Giovanni Aprile – Volley Modica is growing in terms of corporate and staff organization and objectives, so we always earn something more in every season. For this reason – he continues – I am happy to grow, progress hand in hand with Avimecc Modica and with the same goal of always achieving something more. For this season we are proposing work that is increasingly in line with the new international directives regarding the prevention and treatment of sports traumas and we will work a lot on this with our athletes. “I am fully satisfied – explains coach Distefano – with the composition of the staff that we have slowly but consciously built together with Ezio Aprile and the management. The healthcare staff will be “led” once again by Dr. Giovanni Aprile, now a veteran of the men’s and women’s volleyball championships, to which is added the certainty that the athletic trainer Emanuele Cappello has given us for 5 years now, who is now also a Federal trainer and who in recent seasons has taken great care of the preparation of our athletes in the difficult seasons of the A3 series down to the smallest details. Emanuele – he continues – from this year he will be assisted by Paolo Modica in planning athletic training and during the season where necessary he will take care of re-athleticisation. Simone Di Lorenzo has also joined my staff and will be a scoutman, a figure without whom it is now impossible to play volleyball at high levels and then – concludes the blue and white coach – as assistant I will have Manuel Benassi at my side, volleyball man, great professional and great friend in whom I have great trust and respect, as in all other figures. Now we just have to start working in synergy and try to give our best to achieve the set objectives and get great satisfaction.”
