Once again great participation, enthusiasm and a morning to remember thanks to the “Sir at school” project which this morning stopped at the Ciuffelli Einaudi Institute in Todi.
The captain of Sir Susa Vim Perugia, Simone Giannelli and the central defender Davide Candellaro met the children of the fourth classes of the Ita headquarters (agricultural technical institute): over one hundred children had the opportunity to interact closely with the Juventus champions by spending a morning different, an emotional and highly educational morning.
«It was an extraordinary event, especially from a human point of view. The two champions of Sir Susa Vim Perugia transmitted fundamental values to the lives of the kids, talking to them about sport not as a sacrifice, but as a choice, but always included in a path in which study, perseverance and tenacity are a fundamental integral part ».
With these words, project coordinator Palma Bartolini, professor of Agricultural Sciences at the Ita branch of Ciuffelli Einaudi, commented on the meeting, held in synergy with President Gino Sirci’s company.
A meeting in which the intent, in line with the objectives of the “Sir at school” project, was to raise awareness of life beyond the athlete, starting from the daily commitment behind the great results. These aspects are also perfectly applicable in the lives of the students, who were invited by Giannelli and Candellaro to treasure what they experience in everyday life, always thinking about the future.
