Championship number 80 is knocking on the door. Having closed the Volley Market, which effectively kicked off the 2024-2025 season, and launched the Lega Pallavolo calendar and events, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza will return to work in the gym from 2 August to prepare for the new season. Six players starting training available to coach Andrea Anastasi and his staff: Robertlandy Simon, Robbert Andringa, Leonardo Scanferla, Fabio Ricci as well as the new Nicola Salsi and Moussé Gueye.

The 2024-2025 Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza Regular Season will begin at PalabancaSport on 29 September with Modena and will close on 2 March 2025 with Perugia, always in front of the friendly public.

The Regular Season will take place in just over six months, between 29 September 2024 and 2 March 2025 (date of the last day). Only one midweek round, Thursday 26 December that the red and whites will play at PalabancaSport against Cisterna.

The top eight classified at the end of the Regular Season will enter the Scudetto Play Offs and will face each other in the quarter-finals (best of five matches); semi-finals and finals will always be played as the best of five matches, with game 1, game 3 and game 5 to be played at the home of the best ranked team.

These are the dates of the Scudetto Play Offs:

Quarter Finals: 9, 16, 23, 26, 30 March 2025.

Semifinals: 6, 13, 16, 20, 24 April 2025.

Finals: 27, 30 April, 4, 7, 11 May 2025.

The 2024 Italian Super Cup, the first meeting of the season and which for the ninth time will adopt the Final Four formula, will be played between Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September: Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, Sir Susa Vim Perugia, Vero Volley Monza and Itas Trentino will participate. It will be played in Florence, in the semi-final Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will face the Italian Champions Sir Susa Vim Perugia.

The edition of the Italian Cup will involve the top eight in the first round. The quarter-finals, defined according to the rankings obtained after the eleventh round of the Regular Season, will be played in a single match at the home of the best ranked team on Sunday 29 December 2024. The Final Four is scheduled for 25 and 26 January 2025 and will will play in Bologna.
