In the triumphal ride towards the Super League, the Yuasa Battery also had the blessing of Father Gianfranco Priori, aka Frate Mago, rector of the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell’Ambro, in the Marche region the second place of worship in terms of number of faithful attendance behind only Loretto. Brother Wizard was the guest of honor at the Christmas dinner of coach Ortenzi’s team and that evening, during his many magic games with cards, he was able to reassure the players by declaring bluntly: “Don’t be afraid, it will be Super League! ”.
