Coordinating the healthcare staff in their daily work will be Francesco Galliano, a massage therapist and osteopath from Acqui, who describes his work like this:
“We have recently opened a health center in Acqui Terme which the club has decided to turn to for any player problems. I will be the point of reference within the team who will coordinate the healthcare staff and act as an intermediary between the players, technicians and specialists of our clinic, trying to provide the necessary services in the shortest time possible. We will provide a 360° healthcare service”
Speaking in detail about what he will do, Francesco says: “I will follow the team every day in the morning, while Edoardo the masseur who collaborates with me will attend the afternoon training sessions and all the home and away matches. Even though I have given full availability, I could miss some races in case of concurrent commitments in the medical center of which I am the owner. Since I am from Acqui and La Bollente Volleyball is an important reality, I am pleased to be part of the project and I have carved out some time to dedicate. In detail we will deal with resolving the athlete’s musculoskeletal and physical problems with the collaboration of the medical team we have behind us. On a daily basis we will fully supervise the athletes during the athletes, referring to the athletic trainer and the coach
