Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza makes its voice heard at the Paris Olympics: there are four red and white players who from Monday 5 August will be protagonists in Paris 2024 in the Quarter Finals of the men’s volleyball tournament.
Yuri Romanò, Alessandro Bovolenta and Gianluca Galassi wear the shirt of the Italian national team, Antoine Brizard that of the French national team. Nothing to do for the other two red and whites involved in Paris these days: Uros Kovacevic with the Serbian national team and Stephen Maar with the Canadian one bid farewell to the competition.
The Azzurri won group B without losing any matches and taking first place in the ranking valid for the pairings: in the quarter-finals they will face Japan who finished in eighth place.
Quarter-finals with Japan scheduled for Monday 5 August at 1pm while Antoine Brizard’s France will face Germany again on Monday 5 August at 5pm.
