As announced during the press conference of the Del Monte® Supercoppa in Florence, the Lega Pallavolo Serie A Maschile has chosen to support the multi-year mission of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, “Empowering People and Communities”, in particular the ABF GlobaLab program, aimed at young people among between 16 and 25 years old.
The project, which aims to create a path of personal and professional orientation and growth, is based on the awareness of the importance of the relationship between quality of life and the opportunity to explore, discover and develop one’s talents.
ABF GlobaLab aims to provide young people with the tools to reflect and experiment, with the aim of bringing out their potential in complex contexts. The program aims not only at strengthening individual skills, but also at enriching the social fabric, through high-value practical experiences. The differentiated and personalized growth opportunities offer concrete support in guiding participants in discovering and measuring their skills.
The official announcement will be presented during the semi-final and final phases of the 2024 Super Cup, which will be held on 21 and 22 September in Florence.
During the days of the Super Cup, the Andrea Bocelli Foundation will be present in the stands together with the young people of the ABF GlobaLab program, to demonstrate the common commitment of the Serie A Volleyball League in supporting the mission “Empowering People and Communities” and promoting a culture of inclusion and personal development through sport.
