Another important confirmation arrives at Saturnia Acicastello, that of Elia Bossi, the middle blocker from Trieste who last season played 22 games with the white and blue colours, with 36 points, 9 winning blocks, 59 attacks of which only 4 were blocked.
“As soon as this possibility became concrete I didn’t think twice – says the Biancoblu centre-back, who adds – after all, already during the last season I had always said that I was happy to be part of this project. I have never hidden the fact that I found myself well, with the club that did everything to make us feel comfortable and with that very warm public that I can’t wait to embrace again.”
He has no hesitations about his commitment: “I am sure that we will find all the tools to best face a very high level championship such as that of the Italian A2. Finding Luka and Javi made the difference for me, I see in them two great champions and two great friends and I believe that the Company’s choice to maintain this hard core in continuity with last season is a good thing for the team that is being born.”
