The MO.RE Volley project bears its first fruits: Davide Signorini completes the spiker department of Volley Tricolore.

Born in 2005, he comes from the Anderlini Volleyball School where he also played in Serie B and where he demonstrated great character, but Fanuli’s choice to have him on the roster does not depend only on this: Signorini, thanks to the collaboration between Volley Tricolore and Anderlini, has already had the opportunity to test himself together with the great champions of Serie A2 and made himself noticed, proving to the club that he is a very valid player to have in the team. Originally from Veneto, he arrived in Modena to finish his youth career, showing off until he reached the national youth team.

“For me it is a great emotion to think that next season I will be in a Serie A club, because it has always been a distant dream and thinking that next championship I will challenge the great champions gives me great energy. I want to push as hard as I can to make my contribution to the team starting immediately. From Serie B to A2 there is a big leap. What I hope this year is to be able to learn as much as possible from my teammates and try to gain experience. The A2 Series is so distant from the environments in which I have played so far that putting myself out there will be very stimulating because I just have more to learn.”

Do you think it was the right choice to go to Modena to finish your youth career?

“Yes, I am firmly convinced of that. Leaving my comfort zone and putting myself out there in another city has made me mature a lot both in terms of volleyball and in everyday life. Playing at Anderlini opened a world to me. I saw and played higher level volleyball. Anderlini gave me the opportunity to gain experience by playing in the Serie B championship for two years. I owe a lot to this club and for this I thank them. I specifically dedicate a thank you to my coach Andrea Tomasini.”
