Having defined the roster for the next Serie A3 Credem Banca championship, another reconfirmation arrives at Joy Volley, this time concerning the technical staff led by coach Sandro Passaro: Claudio Sisto will, in fact, once again fill the role of scoutman.
In light of the fruitful collaboration established in the last four seasons in Serie B, the company of president Gianni D’Elia intended to renew its trust in the professional from Alberobello who, with enthusiasm and new motivations, is preparing to face the first adventure of his career in the third national category.
A great opportunity for him which culminates a training and growth journey that began in 2017 in Polignano, in Serie C, alongside the coaches Antonello D’Alessandro and Francesco Sansone.
With his experience and his passion for volleyball (he is also president of Volley 99 Alberobello), this year too he will be able to be an important resource for Joy Volley both in the study of the opponents during the week and in the real-time analysis of the matches championship officials.

«I am very happy to continue my professional relationship with Joy Volley – the first words of Claudio Sisto -. It’s my first experience in Serie A. I struggle to hide the emotion and joy for this new opportunity granted to me by the club. It will be very stimulating to work with two expert coaches like Sandro Passaro and Francesco Racaniello and with the absolutely valuable athletes that make up the new roster. The market choices made by the management have led to the creation of the right mix between superior category players and talented young players, already established in Serie A3 – he specifies -. To experience a season as protagonists, we will have to find the right team chemistry right from the start and face the path of preparation for the championship with humility and dedication to work. As for me, I will do my best to support both the technical staff and the team with data and statistics. My commitment will be maximum in this adventure which promises to be as ambitious as it is difficult.”
