On Friday 8 November, Cisterna Volley was a guest of AC Milan, taking advantage of the free morning to visit the prestigious museum of the Rossoneri club and immerse themselves in the history of one of the most successful football teams in the world. The members of Cisterna Volley were able to admire up close the trophies and memorabilia that tell of over 120 years of Milan’s successes.
During the visit, the club received a special dedicated shirt, with the writing “Cisterna Volley” and the number 23, in honor of the year of birth of our club. In exchange, Cisterna Volley donated the number 8 shirt of Domenico Pace, libero of the Pontine collective and great AC Milan fan, who in turn received a personalized AC Milan shirt.
The AC Milan museum traces the history of the club, from the Milan Football & Cricket Club to its international glories, through a spectacular collection of memorabilia, exclusive interviews and iconic objects that celebrate the most significant moments in Rossoneri history. A crescendo of emotions accompanies the visitor along a journey that enhances the team’s exploits and preserves the testimonies of AC Milan’s successes.
