The credits roll on Belluno Volleyball’s 2024. And therefore the time has come to take stock, at the end of a calendar year in which the blue and whites have reached the playoff semi-finals of Serie A3 (arriving just two sets away from reaching the final) and closed the first leg of the current regular season at second place. But, in addition to the results in the field, what makes the large rhino family proud is a wealth of affection, enthusiasm and passion guaranteed by a high-loyalty audience.
CHANGE OF PACE – President Sandro Da Rold sums things up: «It has been a fairly tumultuous year, characterized by various events and some ups and downs. But in this company, which I have the honor of presiding over, we have managed to make important decisions in a very short time. And aimed at guaranteeing a change of pace. Let’s be clear, some choices are not always pleasant from a human point of view, but they are crucial for the growth of the club.” Growth that continues unabated, despite the recent defeat in the Veneto derby: «The one in San Donà di Piave, against Personal Time, was a stumble but it doesn’t particularly worry me. Because we led for a good part of the match, only to then give in in the decisive moments of the various partials. I consider it a “penalty” defeat. But here we are: the team has an excellent game organization and can count on valid elements. We are happy with how things are going.”
