Virtus Aversa and general director Dario Da Roit part ways. After 5 months of collaboration, the director’s desire to ‘say goodbye’ to the Norman square for personal reasons emerged.
President Sergio Di Meo thanks the director for the many advice and innovations brought to PalaJacazzi and wishes Da Roit the best of luck, both on a family and professional level.
Hopefully it can only be a goodbye, as confirmed by the resigning CEO: “It was a splendid experience, to include in my professional background. Together with my collaborators I hope to have brought a breath of fresh air not only to Virtus Aversa but to Campania volleyball. I say goodbye with many new friends and with the smile of someone who is aware of having given their best. I will certainly return to Aversa to cheer – why not – in the Sky Box that I strongly wanted – says the now former general manager Da Roit, smiling -. Thanks – a duty – goes to the president, to the Di Meo family (in particular to Sergino) and to all the management, as well as to all the staff and athletes who welcomed me – always – with hugs and respectful handshakes. I conclude with a strong Virtus Aversa, at the end of the year I want to celebrate with you”.
