The first joint training of the 2024/25 season arrives for Rinascita Volley Lagonegro: the appointment is set for tomorrow, Wednesday 18 September, at the Palajacazzi in Aversa together with Evolution Green. First meeting at 7pm.
The test with the team led by Giacomo Tomasello comes at a particularly intense moment in the pre-season preparation and will be useful for coach Pino Lorizio to check the general athletic condition of his boys and the first connections from a tactical point of view: “For us it must be a normal training session in the preparation phase like many others – explains Lorizio on the eve – Physically we have worked a lot especially in the last few days, so we must not expect anything more than our possibilities in this period”.
“The main objective of the test – adds the coach – will be to start being together on the pitch by introducing all phases of the game, breaks and ball changes”.
Evolution Green Aversa plays in the A2 series championship: high difficulty coefficient and further incentive to tackle training with particular attention, also and above all in the details: “I am convinced that to improve quickly we need to compete with better teams than us – he claims the red and white coach – it’s a rule that always applies, even in private life.”
Concluding the pre-joint analysis, Lorizio takes the opportunity to outline the situation at the dawn of the fourth week of preparation and with an eye towards Credem Banca’s debut in Serie A3, scheduled for 13 October at Villa d’ Agri against Campobasso: “The group is giving us encouraging signs, but there is still a lot of work to be done on all aspects, both technical/tactical and mental.
