Less than a month before the meeting (scheduled for next August 19th), Joy Volley Gioia del Colle makes official the new agreement signed with the athletic trainers Massimiliano D’Elia and Fabio Di Vita, who will thus continue their adventure in Serie A3 White Red .
In light of the excellent work carried out last season, president Gianni D’Elia did not hesitate even for a moment to renew his trust in the two expert professionals who, for over ten years, have collaborated in the world of sport, especially in the field of volleyball.
Master’s degree in Sports Sciences and specialized in Posturology, Functional Re-education and Sports Nutrition with the achievement of numerous master’s degrees, Massimiliano is preparing to write yet another chapter of his career spanning over twenty years, during which he has collected important experiences and successes in the Super League championships and A2 male in Taranto and Castellana Grotte and, in those of B2, B1 and A2 female, again in Castellana Grotte and Aragona.
«I am happy to continue my professional collaboration relationship with Joy Volley – declares Massimiliano D’Elia -. In perfect harmony with the coach Sandro Passaro and the assistant coach Francesco Racaniello, Fabio and I are already at work to better prepare for the next sports season. As a first step, we spoke with the athletes to learn about their previous experiences and to give useful advice and suggestions to plan their physical activity in the best possible way until the meeting scheduled for August 19th – he explains -. It is important that everyone arrives at the starting line of preparation in optimal physical condition. In the first few days we will carry out biomechanical and kinesiological tests, which will provide us with useful data to draw up personalized work programs, modeled on the qualities and characteristics of each individual player. After an initial phase dedicated to functional hypertrophy, we will move on to the subsequent ones which will focus on the development of strength and power. They will be intense and running weeks, during which there will never be a lack of collaboration with coaches and members of the medical team and frank and sincere discussions with the athletes.”
