It was on the occasion of the presentation of the Allianz Milano 2024/25 team, which took place on Monday 23 September at the Allianz tower, headquarters of the insurance-financial group, that the new collaboration between Allianz and the Diavoli Rosa- Powervolley youth sector was officially announced Milan.
From this season all the youth teams have the naming Allianz Diavoli Powervolley
Allianz thus joins our youth sector which for some years has been a leader at a national level for men’s volleyball; last season it added, to the already numerous successes achieved in these first five years, with 7 national titles won, the record of best youth sector in Italy 2023/24, the only team to have reached the podium in Italy in all five the youth categories: Under 14, Under 15, Under 17, Under 19, Under 20.
The technical director of the Devils, Danilo Durand declared: “What is about to begin is the fifth season of collaboration with Powervolley Milano and to consolidate it, knowing that a name as important as that of Allianz wants to join ours, believing in us, in our values and in our way of working, fills us with pride, a pride that we will always carry on all volleyball fields, in Italy and in Europe, wearing the Allianz name”.
Durand was echoed by the general director of Allianz Powervolley Milano, Fabio Lini: “The Allianz Diavoli Powervolley teams move in unison, with a common denominator, that of sporting passion and feeling good together to achieve excellent results. In addition to the results of the teams, which stand out for all to see, there are splendid individualities.
