The press conference to present “ALL IN SIR” took place this morning in the PalaBarton press room. A legendary poker”, the book published by the publishing house Calzetti & Mariucci Editori and written by journalists Carlo Forciniti and Alberto Aglietti with photographic material by Oreste Testa to tell the extraordinary season of Sir Susa Vim Perugia, creator of an incredible ride that brought coach Lorenzetti’s men won the Super Cup, the Club World Cup, the Italian Cup and the title of Italian Champion.
All contained in the 112 pages of “ALL IN SIR. A poker of legend”, a beautiful, flowing publication that tells a fascinating and exciting sporting story like that of the Block Devils branded 2023-2024.
This morning, in the presence of the media, the Juventus president Gino Sirci, Roberto Calzetti of Calzetti & Mariucci Editori, Carlo Forciniti and Oreste Testa (the other author Alberto Aglietti was missing due to a personal commitment) recounted the genesis and creation of a product put at the center of your library both obviously for the winning story told, but also as a memory of a certainly particular year, unique in its evolution, exciting from the first to the last day.
President Sirci recalled “the exceptional nature of having won four trophies in the same season in an incredibly competitive world, that of men’s volleyball. This poker belongs to Perugia and all of Umbria, to the Umbria of our sponsors, to the Umbria of athletes and to the Umbria of volleyball fans. We are proud of this book and I would like to first of all thank Roberto Calzetti who wanted to bear witness to our successes. And of course I thank the authors: Carlo Forciniti and Alberto Aglietti, two great journalists, and Oreste Testa”.
Roberto Calzetti focused attention on the extraordinary nature of the season by talking about the fact that “as publishers we collaborate with various sports federations and touch on different sports with our publications, but the extent of this feat achieved by Perugia in men’s volleyball is truly incredible”.
