How do you and Luca cooperate with each other and then how do you interact with the technical staff and preparators?
“There is a daily discussion with Luca in order to best manage the therapeutic program serving the team. His great professionalism also allows us to coordinate effectively with the technical staff and the preparators.”
Has there been any episode that has happened to you in recent years that you remember with particular pleasure?
“I don’t have a particular episode to tell. With all the people I have met in recent years I have established a positive and respectful relationship. Working with athletes (and staff members) of this level pushes me to always give my best. The relationship and dialogue that is established during therapies often becomes a source of motivation, as well as gratification.”
