A structure that deals with raising aware athletes in all facets. This is the new youth sector work organization designed by Volley Prata, called Academy Volley Prata. Starting from the logo which brings together under one symbol the values of sport, quality of work and belonging to a project.
The Technical Director of the Gialloblù Youth Sector Francesco Gagliardi presents it. “Together with the club – he explains – we have decided to launch this new initiative which aims to provide an additional service to all those who rely on our staff. There will be a curricular program with hours that will deal not only with the technical side, but also with the physical and mental side.”
There will be no shortage of training opportunities for managers and coaches, including those from local clubs and those participating in the Volley Lab.
Of particular interest is the Jump Around, a proposal that will be dedicated to the little ones, with the game, not necessarily volleyball, in the foreground. The ideal way to develop the motor skills of boys and girls and introduce them to the values of sporting activity in general.
The Volley Prata Academy is part of a larger project which is completed in the summer by the VP College, the week of technical improvement for volleyball players aged 9 to 18 which will be held in Piancavallo in August.
