One of the many records of volleyball in Grottazzolina, which we remember is the smallest town in Serie A with 3,380 inhabitants, lies in the combination with the historic sponsor Videx: partnership started in the mid-nineties, rightfully entered among the longest-lived sports partnerships of Italy, in all disciplines. A fairy tale in every sense marked by so much Serie A and prestigious results. From this year we change, without interrupting the bond of mutual affection and the benefits guaranteed by commercial agreements: the ownership of Videx Electronics Spa has announced that it will remain alongside the Grotese partnership, but no longer as main sponsor. A historical moment in some ways that sees the company chaired by Rossano Romiti engaged in defining the agreement with another main sponsor (over the weekend the company will have the decisive mission in Milan). A further gesture of acknowledgment and gratitude on the part of the M&G Scuola Volleyball is given by the fact that Videx becomes a Historical Sponsor and it will be the first time in the club’s half century of life that a company boasts this title. As if to say: Volleyball Grottazzolina will be eternally grateful to Videx and the owner Rossano Marcantoni.
Going into the details of the agreement, it should be explained that Videx has agreed with the M&G Scuola Volleyball the continuation of the commitment, albeit to a lesser extent than in the past, alongside the sports club.
It could not have been otherwise, given the thirty-year support guaranteed by Rossano Marcantoni (patron Videx) to the cause of the most representative volleyball club in the Fermo-Ascoli area; a bond now too close and strong to greet each other with a trivial and reductive “goodbye and thank you”. Both parties are well aware of this, so much so that the company led by Romiti has decided to honor, for the first time in the club’s history, the company Videx Spa with the title of Historical Sponsor, never more deserved towards an entrepreneurial reality that he really supported the cause of Grotese volleyball in an important and predominant way for a very long time.
