The blue and whites of Farmitalia Catania have been working since yesterday, to prepare as best as possible for the next matches of the 2023/24 Credem Banca SuperLega Championship, starting with the one scheduled for Sunday 12 November at 8.00 pm against Rana Verona within the walls of home of PalaCatania.
What will open on Sunday will be a demanding eight days, because in the following week the first midweek shift is scheduled, on Wednesday 15th at Cucine Lube Civitanova (8.30pm) and then again at PalaCatania on Sunday 19th November for the clash with Allianz Milan (6pm).
Yesterday the players resumed training in the gym and at PalaCatania to better face the matches and also had the opportunity to analyze the videos of the matches played so far to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Focus on the attack and the ball change phase, with maximum attention also on the serve which had improvements already in the match against Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, as coach Cezar Douglas Silva says: “What we are facing is an important week for growth of the boys, both on the physical and technical side. On the first, the players are working with our athletic trainer, Daniele De Ceglia, who puts them in a position to tackle the technical work to the best of their ability. The goal is to achieve a high level of performance while taking into account the volume and intensity of the work.”
Ticket presales are active, online and in Liveticket sales points, for the matches on Sunday 12 November against Rana Verona (regular match: €20 Lower Stand A, €15 Upper Stand A and B Stand, €10 Curve) and on the 19th November against Allianz Milano (top match: €25 Lower Stand A, €20 Upper Stand A and Stand B, €15 Curve). Furthermore, for Sunday 12 November the box office will open at 5pm.
