The championship begins for Conad Reggio Emilia, on Saturday 14 October at 8.30 pm Fanuli’s team will face the first first leg of the Regular Season; Volley Tricolore will debut in its fourteenth season in Serie A2 in Pordenone against Tinet Prata of Pordenone.
The people of Reggio are in the starting blocks, ready to face coach Boninfante’s Friulian team; the precedents with the Prato team certainly do not make Conad the favourites: Tinet in fact won both matches played last season, first in A2 for the yellow-blues. This means that the Reggio Emilia team will have to give everything if they don’t want to fail in their first championship outing.
This year Tinet will be able to count on the reconfirmations of Baldazzi, opposite in his fourth year with the yellow-blues, of the central defender Katalan, also in his fourth experience with the team, of the liberos Sist and De Angelis, of the central defenders Scopelliti and Pegoraro and of the spiker Petras.
To strengthen the roster come the opposite Lucconi from Vibo Valentia, the spiker Terpin also arrives from the same club, while to complete the department of hammer receivers come Iannaccone from Aversa and Truocchio from Ravenna. In the control room, Prata is focusing on two additions: Alberini from Cantù and Bellanova from Motta di Livenza. The team is completed by the latest arrival Aiello, a former libero from Modica’s Serie A3.
