The teams from 2nd to 7th place in each group (twelve teams) will participate, and in the Semifinals will be joined by the eliminated in the Promotion Play-off (between the winners of the two groups. We start from the Round of 16, played between teams from the same Group (dates scheduled for 12 and 16 April).Three Quarter-Finals then follow between different groups (19, 22 and 25 April), with fixed pairings.The three winners of the Quarter-Finals arrive in the Semifinal (30 April and 3, 7 May) together with the losing team of the Promotion Play-off The winner of the Final is promoted to Serie A2 Credem Banca 2023/24.
The round of 16 is played over two games, with two games and a possible Golden Set, while all the others are played with the usual formula “best of three games”, with Game 1 and Game 3 in the home of the best classified in Regular Season.

The National Sports Judge, with regard to the matches played between 22 and 23 April 2023, has adopted the following measures:
