After having lived his first season in Serie A3, as assistant coach, the coach is ready to take his place on the bench again, in the role of assistant. And, together with Gian Luca Colussi and Matteo De Cecco, he will form a technical staff in which Belluno Volley places absolute trust: «What prompted me to renew my commitment with the first team – explains Malaguti – was the experience positive last year». In addition, competing with teams from all over Italy, with the goal of promotion, is a challenge I want to participate in».
STEP BACK – Work commitments, in addition to the arrival of little Samuele in the family, however, force him to take a step backwards at the level of the youth sector: «Reluctantly I had to give up leading the Under 17 team. difficult, if not impossible. Unfortunately the day has only 24 hours and I was forced to make this decision. But Malaguti will continue to cultivate his passion in the gym: «I really like training. And when you like something, it’s never heavy. On the contrary. As soon as I get off work, I go to the gym and then fly home to my family.”
