The level on the bench of the Ionian team will be even higher and more specialized with the addition of a third coach to the Gioiella Prisma Taranto team: President Bongiovanni’s club has identified coach Danilo Paglialunga as the third coach, assistant to coach Mastrangelo and Andriani.
Paglialunga has vast technical experience after a long career as a freelancer gained in Puglia. Starting from the many years in Turi since 2002 and Acquaviva as first coach, and passing from Taranto as second from 2007 to 2008, in Superlega, Paglialunga was trained in his land where he had obtained great satisfactions as an athlete. Then several years as first between Gioia del Colle and Materdomini, until arriving again in Gioia in 2020 in Serie B, also winning the under 19 regional title.
