Great return in Motta for the 2023-24 season.
Back on the banks of Livenza Michele Luisetto, protagonist never questioned in the magical season of promotion who with the green-and-white shirt amazed everyone even in Serie A2.
A hard worker, “Luis” left for a year and is now ready to give successes to fans who have always acclaimed him: “I hope I have left a good memory with the fans, who will find me a little more grown up, a little ‘ more experienced but deep down I’ll still be the same. With the same humility, desire to work and with the hope of entertaining everyone in the stands”.
Last season you played for both Brescia and Macerata. Why did you choose to return to Motta?
“When I spoke to sporting director Carniel I had no doubts. I’m glad to go back to a company where I found myself very well and where they manage to make you feel at home. I’m happy to be able to wear Motta’s colors again, when I got the proposal I didn’t think twice about it”.
You will also find Mian and Arienti, your companions in the very season that earned the promotion.
“It will be very nice to have them back as teammates, among other things we were also roommates so the group from two years ago will reform. I think this is also an important aspect because being able to play with guys who are above all friends is a great added value. There will be good weather right away”
The team is increasingly taking shape, what do you think?
“A good group is forming, we are all more or less of the same age. Despite being a young team, however, we have experience, many of us have already played in A2 and therefore we will be a team capable of giving everyone a hard time. We will always train at our best to get good satisfaction. I am happy with the roster that is being created!”
