Among the many new features, the spiker from Padova born in 1995 is one of the staples of the red and white team in view of next season. Last year he returned to Macerata to experience the second part of the championship and the Serie A3 Italian Cup as a protagonist, before the Med Store Tunit adventure was interrupted at the Play-Offs. Arrived from Motta di Livenza after the experience in the red and white of the 2021/2022 season, Lazzaretto began his career in Padua where he made his debut in Serie A. Over the years he wore various shirts between A1, A2 and A3: in 2016 he arrived in the Marche in Potenza Picena, then pass through Alessano before returning to Padua on the A1. He then lived two important seasons in Porto Viro where he won promotion.
This year Enrico Lazzaretto will immediately be at the service of the Med Store Tunit, “I decided to stay for several reasons: I know the company well, it is among the most organized and stable in the category and there is a nice atmosphere in which to work; for the city of Macerata, I like it, it’s small but active and now I’m fond of it; for the team that is being built, it is a good group with an important coach”. Do you know two of the new teammates in particular, “We’ve clashed with Marsili on the pitch since the youth team, he’s an excellent player; while Casaro is a friend, we started playing together and it will be nice to meet him again in Macerata”. You mentioned the new coach, what impressions did you get? “He is a tough person with a great desire to do, to rock the world. A new challenge awaits us and I am eager to get to work, it doesn’t scare me and indeed I am convinced that it is the only way to achieve important goals”.
