The spiker department of Leo Shoes Casarano is enriched thanks to the arrival of a new young prospect. From the Marche company of Sabini Castelferretti, with whom he was the protagonist in the various youth category championships played, Samuele Licitra, nineteen year old from Ancona, 194 cm tall spiker, gets to strengthen the red and blue squad.
Samuele took his first steps on the volleyball court with Sabini Castelferretti at the age of 11 and then tackled the entire youth path. In 2019 he took part in the Trofeo delle Regioni with the Marches and, after the experience in the Serie B championship lived with the shirt of his club, last year he faced his first Serie A-3 championship defending the colors of Tuscania .
These are his first statements after arriving in Casarano: “I am thrilled to be part of this team and to have attracted the attention of a club that has done so much good in the last two A-3 series championships. I can’t wait to start this new adventure and to be able to contribute to the achievement of the set goals.”
