The Under 15 team of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is Vice-Champion of Italy. In the final they were defeated in just under two hours of play by Volley Treviso 3-1 (25-22, 20-25, 23-25, 21-25) at the end of a good and tight match. After winning the first set, the red and white team had to deal with the return of the Venetians. It was a battle especially in the third and fourth set when the red and white also recovered from a six length disadvantage, it was played in front of a large crowd, the match was directed by Laura Monti and Gabriele Farnesi and offered excellent volleyball moments. Also present was the President Elisabetta Curti as well as the General Manager Hristo Zlatanov and the Sports Director Alessandro Fei.
After a season of only successes, the Under 15 of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza knows the first stop here in Prato in the Final that awarded the Scudetto. Throughout the season, the red and white team has never lost a match both at an inter-territorial and inter-regional level. And here at the National Finals five victories before the stop at the hands of Treviso.
The red and white team reached the Final after winning their group and beating the same age group of Cucine Lube Civitanova 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-20) in the Quarter Finals and then in the Semifinal Lazio formation of Marino Volleyball ASD for 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-18).
At the end of the game, the awards ceremony for the sixteen finalist teams and the assignment of individual prizes. Second step of the podium, cup and silver medal for Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza. Manuel Zlatanov was awarded the prize as the best player of the event by Monica Cresta, coach of the youth national team.
