After having played the taraflex of the Pala AGSM AIM for two consecutive weekends, WithU Verona will return to play away from the friendly walls on Sunday 5 February and will do so at the home of Vero Volley Monza. The Gialloblù will face an important direct match in a playoff key, as the hosts count their own points in the standings (24), despite being behind for worst set quotient and for having had the worst in the first round match.
The origins of the red and white club date back to the new millennium, more precisely in 1999, when it took over the sporting title of Volley Gonzaga Milano, thus being admitted to Serie A2. After immediately obtaining promotion to the top division, in 2003 he left his legacy to Pallavolo Piacenza, returning to compete in 2010 when he acquired the ProVictoria Monza title. The 2013/2014 season culminates with the landing in the SuperLega, where over the years the Brianzas have managed to carve out more and more of a leading role for themselves. Then, in 2022, Vero Volley lifted the first trophy in its history, winning the CEV Cup.
