Today, August 21st, the first training session of the 2023-24 season of Lupi Santa Croce took place. The team started the day with a series of tests at the AR physiotherapy center in Empoli, a reference center for therapies and recovery. In the afternoon, the new Wolves gathered for the first time at the Pala Parenti, where they carried out physical activity with the athletic trainers. Tomorrow, however, the first training session will begin under the orders of head coach Michele Bulleri.
As per tradition, the atrium and the spaces in front of the arena were painted white-red and the choruses of the numerous fans welcomed the new squad. Once the athletes and staff were introduced, the fans celebrated the traditional flag-raising, symbolically performed by the “oldest” fan and the youngest member of the squad, Pardo Mati.
The General Manager Dario Da Roit did the honors, calling the Mayor of S. Croce sull’Arno, Giulia Deidda, on the microphone, accompanied by the Councilor for Sport, Simone Coltelli. After the institutional interventions, space for the greeting of coach Michele Bulleri.
