Federico Paludet, born in 2003, will be the backup of Bassanello in coach Moretti’s chessboard for the 2023/24 season.
Young player who began his career at Futura Volley in Cordenons at the age of 13 initially as a setter and then as a band. Finally the consecration as a libero in Portogruaro, where he was unable to finish the first season due to an injured knee.
“We complete the roster with a very young libero – comments Sports Director Eugenio Tassan – who, both in my opinion and according to coach Moretti who has already coached him, has very high potential. In San Donà he will have the opportunity to demonstrate it by improving as much as possible after training training and in our opinion he is a boy who can easily stay in this category for what he has shown so far”
“I was mainly convinced by the presence of coach Moretti – explains Federico – whom I already know and whom I hold in high esteem. I think he is an excellent coach, especially for a young team, and it is above all thanks to him that I have had the opportunity to to join the Volley Team Club San Donà. I am happy because a very young and talented team has been set up, with which I hope to be able to establish a good relationship”.
First year in A3 for Paludet who is slowly getting in tune with the new category “I spoke to several people who are already part of the A3 championship who told me about the other teams and the Volley Market. I expect a season of great growth personal, in which I will commit myself and invest all of myself to improve both as an individual player and as a member of the team, in order to be able to achieve the goals set by the club”.
