Vigilar Fano and Abba Pineto once again confronted after the duels that took place in the regular season of the Girone Bianco of Serie A3 Credem Banca. The sextet from the Marches and the team from Abruzzo are back in the net at 20.00 on Saturday 8 April on the PalaAllende field for the Final of the second Del Monte® Supercoppa A3. The hosts lost both direct matches in the regular season, but still took the lead in the regular season, closing the first phase as the best of the two groups, with a pass for the Promotional play-off against Ortona. The visiting team, which a few weeks ago raised its first Del Monte® Coppa Italia A3 to the sky at the Banca Macerata Forum by beating Med Store Tunit 3-1, has already conquered the Fanese headquarters in four sets during the season one way and it was repeated on the way back making the big voice with the maximum gap in front of its audience. After finishing the standings in second place with the same number of points as Vigilar, but with one less victory costing the possibility of a backlash in the final standings, Abba already wants a first redemption.
Entertainment and a lot of competition last year at the Palasport in Grottazzolina for the very first edition of the Del Monte® Supercoppa A3. At the end of a hard-fought challenge between Videx Grottazzolina and Tinet Prata from Pordenone (also in that case two teams from the Girone Bianco) it was the Marches who prevailed at the tie break, thus able to redeem the defeat in the fifth set suffered against the Friulians in the Final of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia A3 staged at the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno.
The event will be live on YouTube, like all the other Serie A3 matches, and will therefore enjoy international visibility; it will also be the first category event broadcast on TV, thanks to the collaboration with MS Channel, visible on Sky channel 814 and on the free channels of the Tivusat platform, in addition to the simulcast live streaming on the website www.mschannel.tv.
