It will be an exciting day for Sarlux Sarroch, Saturday 14 October when, at 7.30 pm, on the Cagliari field of PalaPirastu in via Rockefeller, there will be the debut in A3 against the Lombards of Moyashi Garlasco.
Gialloblu who have renewed the roster a lot but have the expert hands of Marco Fabroni in direction, the desire to make a good impression of the historical pillars Romoli, Pisu, Mocci, Ntotila and Curridori above all, the enthusiasm of the youngest Leccis and the mature Cristiano, supported by the quality of Sideri and Ciupa (first foreigner in history in Sarroch), Fortes and Giaffreda looking for consecration in the category, as well as the opposite Beghelli and the spiker Agostini.
Coach Marco Franchi introduces us to the first official event of the season:
“Our adventure in A3 will begin on Saturday, we will welcome Garlasco, a team that has changed a lot compared to last season. In the pre-season tests they were also able to compete against higher level teams, this allowed them to learn to face difficult moments and get out of them. We must focus on receiving because in pre-season when we maintained a positive performance in this fundamental we demonstrated that we were able to do very good things. We must be aware that there will be moments of difficulty because the opponent has quality, we need calm and serenity. The path that begins on Saturday is a marathon not a sprint, we know we have an uphill journey, but we must use the matches to grow and to face every obstacle we encounter together.”
