Coach Delmati’s greeting: “First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Danilo Durand whom I have known and respected for years for this great opportunity that he offers me to lead a prestigious team such as the Diavoli Rosa. I’m returning to men’s volleyball after nine years, after the two-year period in Piacenza as assistant to Luca Monti, where I had the opportunity to work with great champions. Now a different challenge awaits me with a team made up of high quality young players, many of whom are built at home, given that the Diavoli today represent one of the best if not the best Italian youth realities. The fact that Danilo thought of me to take what was his place for years is a source of great pride and great responsibility.
