Francesco Guerrini, the youngest of the group, arrives to reinforce the Conad Volley Tricolore spiker department.
Born in 2003 of 188 centimeters, Guerrini comes from his first season in A3 with Bologna, after having played for a few years in Serie B with Sir Safety Monini Perugia: “As soon as I learned of the possibility of joining this group, I was really pleased and felt honoured. I know the level is high and I hope I can give my contribution by giving my all. Of course I expect the best. For my part, I will put all my will and tenacity to rise to the occasion in all circumstances. I hope I can be proactive and contribute to the best successes for the team”.
Despite his young age he boasts the victory of the European Youth Olimpic Festival in Slovakia in 2022, together with Nicolò Volpe – reconfirmed central player of Volley Tricolore – and the call-up to the early stages of the collegiate with the national youth under 21 team with coach Battocchio, in sight of the World Cup: “I’m sure this experience in Serie A2 will be very formative for me. Working alongside more experienced and high-level players is a great opportunity for professional and personal growth; this will be a great challenge with myself”.
