Cisterna Volley continues to work to complete the squad that will be led by coach Guillermo Falasca. The expansion of the corporate base has allowed the entry of new entrepreneurial forces that are expression of the territory and have provided the project with the necessary stability to compete in the Superlega. Luigi Iazzetta, an entrepreneur from Cisterna, is the president of Cisterna Volley, the vice presidents are Cristina Cruciani and Gianluca Donadel while Massimo Marini is the honorary president. The other director partners are: Marco Sciscione, Paolo Cruciani, Noemi D’Andrea and Marco D’Andrea and the team, which is not definitive pending the entry of other shareholders, is led by the managing director Gianrio Falivene. The first sporting appointment is scheduled for Monday 21 August, the day on which the medical visits are scheduled at Dr. Martini’s Ninfa Rehabilitation Clinic in Cisterna di Latina.

When coach Falasca resumes, he will also be able to have the setter who will work alongside Saitta at his disposal, this is Lorenzo Giani, born in 2002 who arrives in Cisterna after playing two seasons in the Superlega with Vero Volley Monza (from 2019 to 2021), a season in Top Volley (2021/2022) before the last season spent in Brescia in the cadet series.

«I am very happy that the Cisterna company has trusted me, I must admit that I am happy to be able to give my contribution in an environment that I know and in which I hope to be able to leave a different impression compared to the one I had left in the previous experience – clarifies the director of Carate Urio, a small village on Lake Como – The thing I hope is to be able to work in serenity and find a good group in which to be able to demonstrate my desire to do well: the goal is to be able achieve the objectives that the company has set itself and increasingly involve the public who I hope will follow us with ever greater passion. As far as I’m concerned, however, I’d like to be able to lend a hand to the team when and if it’s needed.”
