The professional relationship between the Bcc Castellana Grotte and the Italian-Argentine coach Jorge Cannestracci is interrupted.
On the eve of the promotion playoffs of the A2 Credem Banca national championship of men’s volleyball (they will start on Sunday 16 April with match 1 of the quarter-finals in Cantù), the New Mater Volley Castellana Grotte announces that it has dispensed with the coach Jorge Cannestracci from the technical guidance of the first team and to have entrusted the same to Giuseppe Barbone, second of the same Cannestracci up to this point of the season.
From tonight, Tuesday 4 April 2023, Barbone will already lead the training of the Bcc Castellana Grotte in preparation for the mid-April appointments.
The New Mater Volley thanks Jorge Cannestracci for the work done so far, enhanced by the achievement of the final of the Del Monte Coppa Italia A2 last February, and hopes with the change of technical guide a sporting reaction of the team after the six defeats of the last eight games . In Cannestracci the company intends to wish the best for the continuation of his career.
