At the match between Emma Villas Siena and Tinet Prata of Pordenone, scheduled for Sunday 22 October starting at 6pm at the PalaParenti in Santa Croce sull’Arno, fans will be able to participate and watch the match by paying a 1 euro ticket. This is the decision of the Sienese club for the first home match of the championship which, as is known, will be played in Santa Croce sull’Arno due to the unavailability of the PalaEstra due to the works that are underway in the Sienese sports hall. It will be possible to purchase the ticket directly at the PalaParenti in Santa Croce sull’Arno before the match. Tickets will be sold at PalaParenti on Sunday 22 October starting at 5pm.

“To follow the match against Prata di Pordenone, our fans will have to take the car and move to Santa Croce sull’Arno – says the President of Emma Villas Siena, Giammarco Bisogno. – The club has therefore decided to come to their aid and give the fans the opportunity to attend the two matches that we will play at PalaParenti by paying for the ticket at a cost of only 1 euro. On our part, this is a choice of coherence and fairness towards our supporters.”

President Bisogno again: “The team has provided good signals to Ortona – these are the words of the top manager of the Sienese team. – For us it was very important to start well and start the championship in the best possible way, this hadn’t happened for some time. In Ortona we achieved a good victory and we are proud of it. We are still at the beginning of the championship, but it was a nice message and I’m happy for our sponsors, for the fans and for the whole movement. I thank all our sponsors who support us in our project which is both sporting and social at the same time, with many kids who are in our youth sector. The championship will certainly be balanced, there are at least seven or eight teams of a very good level, so every match will be complicated and we will have to be constantly concentrated to achieve good results. Our ambition is to have a good championship and get to the playoffs. Our team is working well even in a situation that is not as simple as the one we are currently experiencing. As far as the works at PalaEstra are concerned, I am optimistic that the scheduled times can be respected, I spoke directly with the mayor Nicoletta Fabio who assured me that at the beginning of November we will be able to return to training and play our home championship matches in sports hall in viale Sclavo”.
