As part of the school project and “Schiacciamo la noia”, a representation of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza this morning took part in a meeting held in the Aula Magna of the “Tina Pesaro” elementary school in Castelsangiovanni.
Coordinated by Vittorino Francani, Referent of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza for the school project, by the motor education teacher Emanuela Tricarico, during the one-hour meeting the Coach and Technical Manager of the youth sector of the red and white club Renato Barbon and the director Frenchman Antoine Brizard spoke about volleyball to about a hundred students in the fifth grade and second grade of the “Giuseppe Mazzini” middle school, also in Castelsangiovanni.
The meeting was opened by Vittorino Francani who, after speaking of the project that wants the red and white club ever closer to young people and schools, invited those present “to come to PalabancaSport to watch some of the team’s matches” and urged the young students ” to play sports because sport is an excellent school of life”.
Antoine Brizard, in his second season in the red and white shirt, spoke of his sporting journey that began “when I was a child because my father played sports”, of the difficulties he encountered in making his mother understand above all that he “wanted to become important in the world of volleyball” and to the dream he realized “by winning the Olympics but the goals are not finished, I want to win something with Piacenza and in a year maybe the Paris Olympics, for a Frenchman to win them in front of his own public would be the best”.
