Geetit is a train in motion and after the official purchase of Giampietri from Garlasco, another three place arrives at the court of coach Marco Marzola, the young Alessio Omaggi from Pineto.
The middle blocker born in 2001 in Rome grew up in the youth team of the Abruzzo team where, very young, he arrived in the first team, then in Serie B. After two seasons in Serie A3 Credem Banca always in his Pineto and fresh from the Del Monte Coppa victory Italy Serie A3, Alessio decides to leave the way home to embark on a journey in Emilia. “I chose Bologna because they spoke highly of the coach and his technical staff and because having always played in Pineto, where I grew up, I wanted to try the experience away from home and I thought that Bologna was the right choice”.
A team on which to pour many expectations but also a team on which to grow and be able to express good volleyball: ”I am sure that in this club I will be able to grow and face a good team championship. The good result achieved by Geetit last season is proof that the club has important ambitions”.
