The Parmesan coach, born in 1980, already boasts a long career behind him, undertaken from a very young age, even outside the Italian borders: scout man of Maxicono and Unimade in A1 at the beginning of the new millennium, he also collaborated in the major national teams with some prominent coaches such as Ljubomir Travica, Mauro Berruto and Veselin Vukovic managing to win three national titles as assistant coach, two Seniors and one Junior, between the United Arab Emirates at the Al Ain Sports & Cultural Club and in Montenegro at the Budvanska Rivijera before returning home at Verona Volley in the women’s field and the rapprochement at home at Terre Verdiane Fontanellato. From there he moved to Energy, where he spent a decade as a manager and on the bench between the men’s youth sector, which became one of the most important in Emilia Romagna, and the first team in C but, above all, in B between 2020 and 2021 Now the return promoted by sporting director Alessandro Grossi. “We are very happy to bring Alberto back to the Volley Parma bench because he is certainly a coach who knows the Parma environment perfectly, the union between Volley Parma and Energy Volley and how much we aim for the growth of our boys. He accepted the proposal with enthusiasm even though we were still at the beginning of the squad building process, fully believing in the project and in the fact that we would provide him with a team that was as adequate as possible to the objectives set. Alberto is an experienced coach, who helped us a lot last year in a management role and is now back as a coach, in whom we have full confidence. We hope it will be a season full of satisfactions”. And Raho is ready to face a new challenge as a rookie in Serie A3. “Ever since I expressed my willingness to return to coaching this season, I have given my availability to the club and I am very happy they have offered me a great opportunity that I have proudly seized on in a short time”.
