Adis Lagumdzija, the new opposite of Cucine Lube Civitanova, continues to grow internationally. After the title of best scorer in the 2022/23 Regular Season and the conquest of the CEV Cup with the Modena shirt, the 211 cm tall giant helped Alberto Giuliani’s Turkey to conquer the European Golden in a short time League at the tie break in the Final against Ukraine and, on Sunday evening in Doha, the FIVB Volleyball Challenger Cup, again at the photo finish, in the titled challenge against the hosts Qatar. In the quarter-finals, Lagumdzija and his companions beat the Dominican Republic 3-1, while in the semi-final they prevailed against Ukraine in the fifth set.
