First game for Pool Libertas Cantù in the 2022/2023 season of Serie A2 Credem Banca. The boys of the new Coach Francesco Denora will face Agnelli Tipiesse Bergamo in a heartfelt derby. Last season the team from Bergamo was eliminated both in the Play-Offs and in the DelMonte® Coppa Italia by Conad Reggio Emilia, which won in both competitions. The Orobics, on the other hand, won the dry challenge of the DelMonte® Supercoppa, again against the Emilians.
Coach Francesco Denora presents the challenge as follows: “The start is slightly uphill, but this does not worry us: we get there very motivated and aware of our weapons at the moment. I don’t think Bergamo needs many introductions: at this moment they are making their physicality combined with their organization the best weapon.
