The National Sports Judge, with regard to the Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza – WithU Verona competition of 2 October 2022, adopted the following measures:
Having read the application, accompanied by documentary attachments, sent to this Office by the Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza association in whose mind an alleged technical irregularity in the conduct of the game in question was contested as reported such as to compromise the homologation of the tender with the result achieved on the field;
Given the report, the match report, as well as information obtained for clarification from the 1st referee:
Rejects the application presented by the Sodalizio Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, as inadmissible, with consequential forfeiture of the related tax, and to approve the result achieved on the field.
