Freek De Weijer will be a Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza player for the 2022-2023 season and with his arrival the setters department available to coach Lorenzo Bernardi for next season is completed. Born in 1995, 192 centimeters tall, last season the Dutch director played in Greece with the AOP Kifissias shirt, finishing the championship in sixth place.
