The coach is preparing to start the tenth season in green and white. After the salvation conquered without worries in the first, historic Serie A championship, the sports director Fabrizio Ruggiero had no doubt in relying on the skills of Nicola Esposito in creating a cohesive group, valuing young talents to continue to amaze.
What is about to begin will be your tenth season on the bench of the Folgore: within an important path, what is the secret of your longevity?
“It will be an emotion to go in double figures, reaching the tenth year in a row with these colors. Of course I’m over the moon: it means that the club has appreciated the work done over this long period, and especially in the last season. I approach with great enthusiasm, and despite being the tenth season, there is always the desire to do well and improve ”
Over time you have reinvented teams with your philosophy. Work is the basis of everything, but what other aspects do you consider fundamental in your work sessions?
“First of all, I would like to clarify that the results are the result of the work of a well-knit team. I represent the tip of the iceberg, but behind the scenes there are many professionals who work with me. The merit must be shared with everyone, even together with the ownership that has always made important athletes available to us. It was a pleasure to work together: we have always had fun, always giving our best in the first year in Serie A “
