Lorenzo Magliano will be a Vero Volley Monza player for the 2022-2023 season. The young athlete born in 2005, produced by the youth teams of Vero Volley, will therefore be part of the spikers’ battery, together with Davyksiba and Maar, who will be available to coach Massimo Eccheli for the next SuperLega Credem Banca season.
CAREER AT A GLANCE
Magliano grows up in Volley Parella Torino, where he plays in the youth teams until the 2018-2019 season. In 2019-2020 he moved to Vero Volley Monza, a reality with which he shows himself in the Under 16, Under 17 and later in the Under 19 categories. His performances have always earned him appearances also in the Serie B monzese formation . In the last sporting year, the new place four rossoblù was also called up with the first team of Vero Volley Monza in SuperLega Credem Banca and for a CEV Cup match (Monza vs Las Palmas, return of the Quarter Finals), where he placed also scored 2 points in the victory of his team over the Spaniards.
NATIONAL
The spiker from Monza is one of the pivots of Italy’s youth teams. In addition to being the captain of the men’s Under 18 formation, currently engaged in the European Championship of the category in Georgia, he was among the protagonists of the blue success at the 2021 Under 17 Wevza, being awarded as the MVP of the competition.
